Mentoring is, although not exclusively, for those who have been through a personal enhancement programme with Roy and are ready to take their personal development to the next level. Normally you will have spent a minimum of 2 days with Roy and have a solid framework of what you want from life. The programme offers you on-going support during the months after your initial change sessions and people who take this journey realise that the personal enhancement programme is the cornerstone to being the Director of their lives.
