Fibromyalgia

A new, clinical and scientific approach to dealing with the symptoms of fibromyalgia.

A combination of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and other therapy modalities are used to reduce symptoms, including pain, fatigue, and much more. Tailored to the individual.

A short programme of therapy, tailored to the specific needs of the individual, targeting symptoms of pain, discomfort, and fatigue. Whilst considered medically untreatable, fibromyalgia responds well to psychotherapies including hypnotherapy.

An initial consultation takes place to discuss the symptoms being experienced, including physical, mental and emotional aspects of your condition. The symptoms are priorities to direct the best course of treatments.

Every person with fibromyalgia is an individual, and there is no “off-the-shelf” package for fibromyalgia. The symptoms, quality of life, mobility, individual differences, and many other factors are taken into account when formulating a therapy plan. This whole body and mind approach is thorough and gives the best results possible.
